Do you know that your company is entitled to subsidized training?
- If you don´t then you are not alone! Less than 6% of companies carry out subsidized training and many are unaware that they have an anual training allowance available to them.
How Does It Work?
- Subsidies are obtained through the Fundación Tripartita for training in the workplace. This pays for most of your training. In many cases the training costs you nothing. Take a look at their PDF guide for companies.
- The Credit. Every year your company has a credit assigned to it, which can be used to train your employees. Your credit is based on a calculation using social security paid the previous year and the size or your workforce.
- Use the credit calculator on the Fundación Tripartita website to check your credit right now.
- Receive 9 euros per student, per hour to pay for your English course. Click here for more details
What about the paperwork?
- The steps are easy. You can do them yourself. See the Fundacion Tripartita´s PDF guide for companies.
- Or forget the paper work, Habling English works with an expert consultant who does all the paperwork for a small fee. Email us to find out more.
What will happen during the course?
- We will need to take an attendance register
- There will probably be a spot check to see the class happening
- And that´s it!
Calculation of Credit
How the credit is calculated
- Take 0.7% of the total workforce social security payments from the previous year (the sum of casilla 501 for the previous 12 months on the Social Security form tc1).
- Multiply this amount by a percentage which depends on the size of your workforce as follows:
-
- 6 to 9 workers 100%
- 10 to 49 workers 75%
- 50 to 249 workers 60%
- Companies with less than 6 workers have an fixed anual credit of 420 euros
Subsidy Amounts

- Presencial Training 9 euros per student (13 euros level superior)
